Andys delight live reporting
« on: October 15, 2011, 06:52:54 AM »
Anchored up just off Monmouth beach, nothing to report but alot of wind.  Swinging all over the place, impossible to get a good slick going.
The cure for everything is salt water: sweat, tears, and the sea.

Water relatively calm given the wind, but it's coming out of the SW.  No fish

More blues, big ones too.  And a final mercy for me.  It's nasty out there now.  Total tally 4 blues to about 10 lbs.

No pics, sorry guys.  My phone is always in my radio connected for the Ipod so I didn't have it handy.  Plus my 1st Mate who's always in charge of the camera wasn't with me.  4 total blues.  One tiny guy and 3 decent ones from 8-12 pounds.  All Blues on bunker chunks.

Came back in after I took a good rogue wave over the bow and in my face.  Gave me the motivation to break out the isenglass when I came back in.  Cleaned and polished it so it's nice and clear.
