Guys,  There appears to be a great deal of interest as to what we in the deep South, Florida, eat.  It would also be very interesting for us to see what the peoples of NJ eat.
 Florida Food:
Wild Florida Boar on the grill (with oak wood):

Fresh off the grill wild boar, Garlic bread, Brown rice-with real creamery butter, Florida home grown bananas:


Wild Boar ribs on the grill:

Fresh Florida grouper & hush puppys, potato salad


Florida Chili Dog:

Hot off the grill Wild Boar & fresh fish:

We love our Florida Wild Boar on the grill:

We also love fresh fried Florida American red snapper, potatoes & onions:

Florida signature...Grouper sandwich

Hot Country Sausage & gravy over buttermilk biscuits:


We may be Florida Crackers; but we sure know how to eat!

Guys, I am a native Floridian. Florida food is all I know. I think we eat well. Feel sure Northerners do also. Please add to this thread by informing us crackers about your fine foods.   Thanks, Bob
