Knot Easy 8/12 Flukeing
« on: August 12, 2007, 04:29:52 PM »
First trip out since all the Manifold Problems  Left the dock at 6:45 and headed for the TC made three drifts their, one at the end of the incomeing, and 2 during the slack/outgoing. water temp was 76-77.. nuttin but birds  Ran from their to the SH Channel and worked the outgoing tide and put 6 keepers in da box, tossed back at least 20-25 more , A lot of dem was 16-161/2" fat fish ( Oh Well ). after about 3 hours of the out going things slowed down, we headed back inside to the TC for 2 more drifts and put 1 more in da box.... so all an all , not a bad day   Ton's of boat traffic, but it beats sitting at the dock working on the boat   Todays bait was squid/spearing & squid /sandell

I was behind you and coming up on your port side.  Uncle Luna wasn't feeling good and I was trying to get back in a hurry but the boat traffic made it difficult.

Matt

Welcome back, missed ya buddy w0w

It has not been real good fishing around the TC for a few days, SH channel has been the ticket.....real nice fish, no monsters but nice fish. And you are right those 16-16 1/2 fish are fat, tough to throw them back 5hrug
