Wed 11/16 - Opening Day Blackfish Limit+
Had Stellys annual opening day charter Jmurr Joey Baccala Dave Bob n Harry Rounded out the 5 man crew.
Got anchored up and the "Life Was Good" it didn't take long n they were chewing. Got a good bite going n the guys boxed limit by 9 am up to 7 lbs.
No giants but mostly nice size roasters in 2- 4 lb range and some in the 5-7 lb range. Stayed in one area only making a wiggle when the conditions changed Played c&r until after lunch time and headed back to the dock. Around 75-80 keepers total.
Of Course Charter Master Stelly was high Hook with a Triple limit+ (Only taking limit) but everyone held thier own and had a bunch of nice fish.
We had whites but it didnt make much difference as the chomped the green as good or better.
Boat Limit + a Bunch of Catch n release. Everyone took home a limit and threw back the rest to swim another day!
Crew was a blast!
