I had my cousin steve with me yesterday left port at 7 am. Ran to where i had them last time.Got to the spot and it was the same jigged up 2 shorts in 5 minutes then it turned off. Moved to a spot ive been saving and hiding.Well the bite turned on it was fast paced fishing all shorts. I did manage to grab to tags from a friend and tagged and released two short stripers. at n 4029.922 w 074 11.811 gps numbers.
For some unknown reason i ran to Belmar marine basin. After checking out the area we ran back to the hook and got 1 more short. Had to cut the trip short due to health reasons with Michy. EverEnough sport fishing is hanging up the poles and puting her to sleep for the winter.......Forgot to say Steve has caught his very first striper
