12/09/11 Tog up to 11 lbs.

Was a guest of Fireman Jack and his regular year round crew today on their annual Tog trip out of Belmar on a NS boat.
The railroad bridge was stuck this morning so we didn't leave until 6:30 am.

Stayed down south and fished Sea Girt Reef all day.

Our crew of 13 had about 45 keeps for the day and I managed my new PB at just under 11 Lbs today.

Treated the boat to some whites and I think they caught most of the bigger fish today but they hit both the greens and whites.

Was real nice for December until about 1
pm when the wind started to honk but still fishable.

PS: Capt Steve S. was real quick to snap a shot of my fish in pic.#2. Very happy as it was their best one so far this year and he is a great guy. t^

Congrats Paul-e. That a great boat. Rails are a little low for my knees but Capt Steve and crew do a great job.  What's next for your PB 15lb?

Nice to use the pool money you won to pay for the trip and catch another pool winner with the rod and reel that you won also.. pawle pawle.  ;D. I'm figuring you had to win the pool with that monster t^.  Great job..
