Personalized fluke rigs
« on: August 16, 2007, 09:22:47 PM »
Had some extra time and thought I'd share my fluke ball/crazy fly tying skills.  Who needs spro when you got your own custom weight with a teaser for fluke.

Bait or material?  material is bucktail, flashaboo, and whatever shinny refletive stuff I can get.  Bait, anything that stays on hook since its getting bounced off the bottom like gulp and a squid strip

brian, unfortunately, the Sandy Hook Reef now owns those rigs you gave me.  I would love to buy some off you.  My request is, regular hook instead of circle, and make the beads shorter.  I like fishing with 2 hoods and those long beads seem to get tangles with my other.

The wedding plans are finally done Joey.  I'm on the home stretch now.  Sept 22nd is coming soon.  I'm trying to fish all I can now  ;D

ps. I made cindy buy the beads, I wimped out at Michaels and couldn't purchase them on my own.  Not a store to be in as a guy and definitely not a purchase to make as a guy.  lol  :P
