Personally, I would do an online search on Tuf-Line and check out the reviews before purchasing that much. I admit that I have plenty of reels spooled with power pro but currently much better quality lines are available on the market that do not fray as easily. I tried Cortland braid made by honeywell and am impressed with it. Cortland is rounder and stiffer then power pro and frays  less. That's just my opinion. Good luck with whatever you choose. t^

I use Tuf-Line XP and I like it much better then Power Pro. I had a lot of knot breakage with the PP and never had any issues with Tuff Line.  I also think it lays on the spool nicer. Just my opinion.  Never used the indicator type.

Tuf-line xp is great line, that's all I use on my boat for the last 3 years of fishing hardly any color fading and no weird break offs,I will never go back to power pro

I think Tuf-line is more popular out west than it is here.  I only say that because Dick's makes Tuf-line available in bulk (for in-store line spooling) out there, but not here.  It may not be the best anymore, but around here Power Pro is the most popular line hands down. t^

I love my power pro, never had a problem with breakoffs, and never had a knot slip... The key is, knowing how to tie braid.
