Hear are my thoughts on why I made it the way I did..

1)... Not everyone want's the glasses. So just drawing names from everyone at the banquet wouldn't work.

2)  Allowing one person to register multiple people. would be crazy confusing and not fair. I could register every one of my guest? for me to win the glasses? Nick could register 10.. Joe could register 30..

I think for fairness.. if you want in. there should be a little effort involved.  Not prefect but the best I can come up with.. to make it fair..

The glasses are available to everyone at the banquet.  You want in.. post that you do.. IF your not a member. you will need to be.. Just trying to stop a mad rush for people getting as many tickets in as they can..

There are always little imperfections in things like this.. it is what it is..  You want in. Post that you do t^
