Friday "Magic Hours" Charter-Great Trolling!
« on: April 15, 2012, 07:14:02 AM »
Had the Stehle party out for an afternoon "Magic Hours" charter fishing trip today which was quite successful as you can see.

We trolled Striped Bass to a limit catch for these 3 anglers using Stretch 25's in black/silver along the Raritan Reach Channel that took us all of 1 1/2 hrs to reach and then proceed to catch and release fish for the rest of our time on the water.

We had our first fish within 15 minutes after setting our lines out (really fast right?) and our second fish with 10 minutes after that with good readings of Stripers on the fishfinder. After trolling slow down, we decided to see if we could clam a few more in another area, but that was only good for an abundance of shorts to show for our efforts.

This family really knew how to have a good time on the water with us this afternoon and had quite a few delicious Bass fillets to show for their efforts.

Thank you Stehle family for a really enjoyable afternoon on the water with Reel Fun Sportfishing.

Tight Lines,
Capt. John

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.
