Curses, foiled again!

The plan had been to go out with Capt, Mike on the Seahawk today. Didn't happen, Mike had a charter this AM trip.
So, hopped in the truck and drove down to Atlantic Highlands. Went out on the Atlantic Star for 1/2 day Fluke fishing.
Pick was slow on an outgoing tide, many shorts and some nice keepers. I got a couple of shorts, and my fishing buddy (Vinny M.) took two nice keepers. one of them took the pool. a little over 4 lbs. Nice day!!!

Quick thinking saves the day. You got out on the water to fish, was "related" to the pool, and had a little action yourself. Thanks for the report t^.
