Got down to the dock at 5:30 AM and the boat won’t start. It cracks but won’t fire up. We played around with it for a while but NaDa. I have spark but maybe it is a fuel issue. About 6:30 a buddy and his son show up to going Fluking on his boat. The rest of his crew bailed on him so he offers to take my disappointed crew and me out with them. We hit the Alex Carlson - South, West, East and North. We pick away at the flattties on every drift and I end up with my limit from 18 to 22 inches. All caught on bucktails and gulp. Drift conditions were varying but pretty good most of the day. Looks like next weekend I will be doing a little wrench turning.
