As Al said There Back. the mosquitoes are bad but these thing are man and lady eaters No Seeums are bad only with no Breeze. Deet Can be harmful to you  but only works if you do not sweat do not apply direct to the skin drops on a pc of clothing is the way to go. In Alaska that's how its done for mosquitoes No green heads.

They are nasty lil buggers!!!! Low tide is especially killer; but we all know that huh...  I actually use a avon bug spray, it smells nice and really works. Gotta remember to put it on though...usually I have a few welts before I remember  Thanks for the FYI!!!

It wasn't labeled as a bug guard.  Just the old school SSS.  Is it a different labeling now made for bug repellent?

Here ya go, there is an entire line of them...i have used the clear one, with the orange top ( it was for kids, called Kid Cutter I think) then I have the green can on my boat as we speak!

Anything over 30% deet does not work--Like I said LISTERINE--Sprayed around the boat.

I thought deet was the only thing in the bug spray that worked I bought 100% DEEfrom the camping section in target last year and it works pretty good. Birns the skin right off but works. Sss I dont think repels the bugs but rather drowns them on your arms before the get to bite. Any way your getting bit and it hurts
