After a couple of very late nights playing with the band I sent out a call to the crew for a few hours of Fluking. Scott G and Jersey Joe said yes and we pulled out of the marina in Keyport at 1 pm for a quick trip. On the
Way out I got some intel from Ms.Fish Trish that the Ambrose bite was good.  We wanted to stay local and hit several good spots with only shorts coming over the rail. Well we pointed Hunter 2 east and put the throttle down ;D   At the Ambrose channel we pulled In plenty of shorts and doggies and birds on the spearing/squid combo. I was just using gulp and caught our only keeper dead sticking while helping Scott with something.  We heard thunder roar from the city and checked the radar and head for home around 5 pm.  Not many keepers but a beautiful day on the water with great guys.   chrz.   Good luck,  Eddie

grtn grtn grtn Hiiii Eddie!!!! Im glad you took the ride and hit um up at the ambrose. When I dropped my bro and mom off, there was some BS happening that I had to attend to at the dock. rgmn Apoligies...still and all action is action and even though the 17s were killers, at least the bite was on! I swear I was the Big Robin Queen of the day..ya just know when that bad boy is in the other end of the line and after the 10th one, well, what can I say.... Queen Robin had had it with one keeper nice at 20. Tight lines, sounds like it turned out to be a nice day!!!

New coat of bottom paint turned out fine. Let me know when you want to go out I still have off this and next week t^
