8/12 Night Blues
« on: August 13, 2012, 09:51:22 AM »
Went out on a NS PB from Brielle last night with my girlfriend , her brother, cousin, and his friend. The boat broke the inlet and headed straight out about 16 miles where the fleet was. Fishing was steady and fun all night. There were a lot of non hookups but we did well with all of us near limits. The GF's cousin took the pool.

I. Not a huge fan of blues but did mange to keep a few for crab bait, shark bait. And fluke bait for tomorrows trip with the GF'S  brother. It was a good time for sure.

Fred, fishing the "Kristy Marie" from Manasquan River Club. Channels 16/67/68.

Any tie with the 'wife' and good company is a good time. Fish just add to it. It was nice that we were 5 min from our marina. We made the bed before we hit the PB and crashed there after. It saved some time and gave us more nap time by showering and sleeping there since she had work this am. I'm lucky, I dont work till tonight. Now for some zzzzzzz
