Tom and I arrived at the single candlestick this morning as the tide started out; we fished this area all morning until the Sea Robins invaded the area around 12:30 PM. Tom picked up his first keeper Fluke in three weeks right away. We checked the weight at 7+ pounds and about 28". We stayed near the candlestick as Tom landed four more keepers to 19½".Two ounce sinkers worked well all morning.
The last keeper came as he reeled in for the last time today and lost it overboard as he tried to measure it near the tape on the gunnel. No keepers for me today, the best I could do was 17¼" Robin strips got the big one, while Killies worked as well. Pete
