New From G&H - Paddle Tail Shad Bodies

The G&H Paddle Tail Shad is made from a Saltwater grade soft plastic that has unique scaled sides and a large diamond shape paddle tail which creates an irresistible swimming action. Paddle Tail Shads are excellent for any fishing application when paired with Jig Heads, Mojos, Parachute Jigs, Umbrella rigs, etc... G&h Paddle Tail Shads are available in two sizes; seven inch and nine inch and come in a variety fish catching colors: Anti-Freeze, Chartreuse, Clear Chartreuse Glitter, Extreme Glow, Ultra White and Pearl.

Yes Trish,
 These are unscented though they  give the appearance of a swimming school of fish when on an umbrella rig or cast them under a school of bunker or near a bridge piling to get a Striper. Bluefish will chop them in half. Also they're good trolled on a mojo rig attached to the weighted skirt. NJswf sells them. t^

I caught my biggest Striper trolling a small shad umbrella rig with Joe on the Irish Ayes t^

No gulp are a water based resin these are oil based. they dont come in a secret sauce. You can use them on spreader bars or with a jig head work for several species but stripers do fancy them

Trish yes the are like gulp in the rubber artificial kind of way bbut no the arent like whs above and the way both eddie and i described how to use them are pretty good methods. Stay away from the toothy fish with this. for surf casting a shad I like the storm shad 4" in wild eye or punkin seed

Thanks guys!!! Im totally stoked for Striper season and dying to land my first one. I have had a pretty decent season for Fluke this year, and past years too, but I want to seriously learn how to land the biggum the right the first time and this is where you guys come in. Ive hear of all thoes rigs, especially the umbrealla ones... Well once I start Ill get back to ya's! Thanks!
