More unsettled weather patterns for this week, bringing nicer conditions as well as rain.  Through Wednesday Night, there will be a chance of rain to some degree and at some time during these days and even a thunderstorm.  The heaviest and widespread rains will be Tuesday Night, with the potential for locally heavy rains.  Rainfall totals will be over a half inch, with upwards of 1-2 inches certainly possible.  Thursday and Friday should return clearer skies and some sun.  High temperatures will be in the upper 60’s and 70’s.  With the warm front from the Gulf moving through, may even see low 80’s and a return of moist, humid air.  Low temperatures will be in the 50’s and 60’s.  Water conditions are rated good for the week in all locations except Offshore on Monday Morning, rated cautious.  Winds could gust to 20 knots Monday Morning and Tuesday into Wednesday could see gusts to 25 knots, diminishing to 20 knots.  This is dependent on the timing and track of the warm front on Tuesday, so forecasts are not calling for any Small Craft Advisories or high seas at this time, but that could change.  Surf conditions should remain around 1-2 feet for the entire week.  Water temperatures have

High pressure will build into the area on Monday and move offshore by Monday Night.  A warm front with low pressure from the Gulf Region will move into and through the area on Tuesday.  A cold front will follow the warm front into the area on Wednesday.  High Pressure will then again build in for the remainder of the week.
