Ft Laurderdal.... I cant remember the name of the place, but I'll look it up when I get back from the walk. My brother Scott lives in Mirimar. When I go to see him, we hit a headboat, the Flamingo...and go to this place, it was crazy cool! It's that Wild Life Hunting and Fishing place... verrrry popular. I'm brain dead this morning...and cant think of the name  thud

The RFA I think it is, has one that they set up every year at the Somerset show. It's great watching the kids fight a fish on it. I have never tried it myself, but it is pretty cool.

The reason I was asking is that my friend has one in his store in Florida and was wondering if it was was the same as some others being used.Heres a pic of Miss GEICO driver Mark Granet fighting a sailfish. Realistic simulator is far from being a video game.

Tried one when I was about 12 at the Suffern show I believe. It had a fighting chair though and it was a 200# yellowfin  ;D

It's realistic?  So in other words if I tried it I could simulate reeling up my bait or an empty hook 500 times?   rgmn

I want one. It would compliments the new bar in my house nicely! But, since I probably can't afford it I will continue to settle with the kid laying on the floor pulling the line while I watch Blue Planet on TV.

I tried that at a show as well, except it was in a fighting chair.  I really didn't know what was going on other than the guy was telling me to reel, lift, pump, etc.  To me, it didn't feel realistic at all. nosmly

I would be willing to try it again sometime though.
