Nice video and some good fish! Question: If you're anchored, why aren't the lines going straight down?
And I haven't seen blackfish on restaurant menu's, it it because commercial guys can't catch them because they're on wrecks?

What is the best way to prepare them?

p.s. I like anchovy but I don't think it's necessary here. If used, I might rinse well, pat dry w/paper towel, and make a large dice to add to the veggies. But really, why add it at all?
