Effective November 1, 2012 the Recreational Black Sea Bass Fishery Will be Closed for 2012 Fishing YearNOAA Fisheries today announced that the 2012 black sea bass recreational harvest limit has been reached. Says Rec Harvest has been reached.....so if you do not possess a Federal Permit, you can still fish for them inside State waters.....thats the way im reading this.....The State will meet tho and most likely fall inline with the Federal Closure as well
