I made out good. No damage to house or boat. My mobile home made out good also. The only damage I had was the roof of my aluminum shed at my mobile home blew off. Bent a post on my awning. Other than that, all good.

A fellow charter captain walked to my marina for me....The boat did come up off blocks....but she is sitting almost straight upright...doesnt seem to have any damage to the hull props or shafts...little gel coat damage to the bow where she is resting against another boat....didnt move far from where she was on blocks....maybe a boat length or 2
Somehow it seems she survived....no pics but im trying to get there tomorrow to survey ot myself and get the insurance claim started.
Hope others fared the same with their boats.
House never lost power

Glad to hear its not to serious Carl.

Southern Lehigh County PA here

No power here, and cant get much of anywhere due to so many trees down across roads and wires, ventured out about 7am and every 100yrds or so theres a tree down....lost power around 4pm yesterday and still nothing, sump out and water in the basement. Winds like ive never heard before...read we had 70 steady and 85mph gusts....but cant confirm anything...

My kitchen looked like a meth lab this morning with me trying to make a cup of coffee...(thank god for gas stoves) boil this, stir that, pour water over grounds into another container thru a strainer...I was like Breaking Bad meets Starbucks.....needles to say after all the work, was the best dam cup of coffee ive had in a long time...... Given everyones situation, if a flooded basement, no power and making a cup of coffee is a pita....ill take it.

Guys, you are all in my familys thoughts.......cant see on TV whats going on over there, but reading some of what is being posted on here and some internet news stations is really breaking my heart.......Your all in our prayers

Gutters collapsed, a few fences in my back yard broke down, still kept power. Not bad in any way.

Congrats to those who made it through unscathed.  To those who did not, it is time to show how strong we are in getting over this.  our shore bungalow in manasquan had 3 feet of water, and I hardly want to think about where Say When might be right now. Life goes on, someday this will be a distant memory.

Glad to hear little or no damage for most. We have no power or cable and lost a wind chime, that's it. Most around me have trees down on houses with some damage. We have a 7 pm curfew and no driving in town. They said 7-10 days for the power to go back on and postponed halloween to some other day. Not as bad as others have it.
Fishing Sandy Hook and anywhere I can get on a boat.

Hey everyone I finally got us back on the web and checking in t^ We faired pretty well here in Pa. other then no power through out the whole town of Morrisville since 5pm Monday. There are a lot of downed trees and wind related damages. I haven't seen our boat but just seen a post on facebook from the owners there were only 5 boats with minamal damage. Mine was 10feet in the air on a rack so I'm guessing it stayed there and held up against the wind thudPot of chilie is on the stove and my Harborfreight genrator that I bought last year is kicking butt. TT^ Haven't had a chance to read everyones post yet so I hope everyone is ok  slt

@capt Carl next time leave your boat in the water in the Belmar Marina transient slips. They all did great with no problems.

Still no power here in upper Bucks. POS generator still going strong. Trying to keep 2 young kids busy is tough. Some tree and wires down around town. Back to work tomorrow night.

I finally just heard from BigAl. He said his house is "gone" but he and his family is ok. He appreciates the thoughts. He has limited service.

Glad you all are safe and only what appears to be minor damage in the grand scheme of things. If I can help with anything let me know.
