Okay its time to check in...  Sorry for not posting before this but we were a tad busy with a thing called life.  The three of us are all okay but the house took a beating.  We had a big old oak (1 of 2 ) that came down but the big one left a hole in the roof with a partial limb coming through the ceiling in our bedroom.  Scared the daylights out of us.  After that we went right to the basement and hunkered down, down there for the night.

To stop rambling, we are okay and the adjuster will be here on Saturday to assess all our damage and fill out our claim.

Finally back up and running!  The Nor'Easter was worse than the hurricane for me.  Neighborhood was destroyed again and branches and trees down everywhere.  Just got power back late last night.  We had to go stay at a hotel because we did not have a generator this time(long story) and no way to keep warm!

Glad everyone else is OK, again!

Have to get back to some normal weather posts.  Good thing is weather will be quiet for the next few days.

Finally back up and running yesterday ...11 days and 20 hrs without power...

I put 96 hrs on the generator thud

Glad to hear your back Matt.  Next time let me know as we had power back 2 days ago.  You have my number...  Cleanup is now in progress here as well 2 trees down and one came through the roof but no one hurt thank God.

New Member here, But floatsup is still top water. Couch and other thingies went about a foot down the hatch. Got heat and hot water this weekend, salvaging what I can now.

Car and truck survived. Thank Gawd. Wifypoo still in shock, but just bought a 12 pack, so all is well. fcp
