Let me tell you something, if it weren't for my son I'd be long gone from here.  I'd probably buy that from you sight unseen at that price.  I so badly want to live down in FL near a beach and have a place nearby for a boat.  My neck and back can't take winters up here.

No takers? 1400 taxes, 200 a month maintenance fee. That gives you use of everything including the marina.
