Another transitional and unsettled weather pattern this week. Monday will see dry conditions and above normal temperatures in the mid 60's with overnight lows in the upper 40's. This will cause some fog conditions early Monday Morning and Monday Night. Tuesday Day will be dry with mid 60's again, but by Tuesday Night into Wednesday Morning through midday, there is a higher chance of rain. Lows for Tuesday will be in the upper 40's, however by Wednesday high temperatures will only see the mid 50's dropping down into the low 30's by night with the passing of the front making way for clear skies. Thursday through Friday Night will be dry with sunny and clear skies with highs only in the 40's and lows into the low 30's and even 20's. Friday Night will bring another chance of rain, with chances increasing the closer to Saturday. Water conditions are mostly rated good for the week for all locations with the exception of Wednesday and Thursday for inshore and offshore. Tuesday Night could see southwest winds causing issuance of Small Craft Advisories. Wednesday and Thursday will see 20+ knot northwest winds with seas to 5 feet with likely Small Craft Advisories also. Surf forecasts will be normal for the week with 1-2 foot waves or less except Thursday may see 2-3 foot waves.
High pressure from the coastal Carolinas will bring much warmer air to the region on Monday and Tuesday. A cold front will move through the eastern seaboard on Wednesday Morning. High pressure will follow for Thursday and Friday.
