This weekend will be clear and seasonable with Saturday a transition day. Saturday could be windy, through most of the day, subsiding into the night and morning hours. High temperatures will be 40's with lows down into the 20's at night. Water conditions are going to be hazardous to cautious most of the weekend for all locations with Gale Force Winds to 40 knots on Saturday, then beginning to subside on Sunday. Seas will be 9 feet beginning Saturday and will lay down to around 5 feet. Surf conditions will be elevated and rough with 1-2 as the norm, but certainly some higher waves in the 3-5 foot range with strong west winds.
Behind this potent cold front and low pressure system that will move out by Saturday, will come a weak area of pressure building into the region for Sunday.
