Unbelievable!!  You can't fix STUPID. Marina does not exist in the governments eyes, so there can be no new lease.  rgmn  The Parks Service does want to do a three-year, $10 million dollar study on the merits of the marina's existence though.  fcp nts You know some politically connected corporation will get that money if they go down that road.
