Glitter jigs
« on: January 21, 2013, 06:46:28 AM »
Been messing around with glitter. Regular white with fine holographic glitter. Picture does not do justice. The glitter was put on right after the powder so it was embedded into the still soft powder. Was not sure it would survive the oven, but it did.

Nice work, but you're going to have to explain that top jig. Pipe fashioned into a plug crimping the end? Or a toothpaste tube?  ;D

Fishing Sandy Hook and anywhere I can get on a boat.

Lol, top jig is a cod jig. 1/2" copper pipe with cap, wire for eye and flattened out for oval shape then lead filled and crimped. I have been messing around with these for a rhode island trip coming up. Here is another one.

This one is ten oz. white one is about six.

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.

Will it help if the corners on the cod jog were rounded off a little?
I'm not sure?  Just asking :headscra:

The glitter looks nice and the skirts too. t^
