The weather this weekend will be clear and slightly warmer than this week.  Sun should prevail over the clouds and high temperatures will make it into the mid 30's by Sunday with lows still in the teens and 20's.  Water conditions will be good for northern inshore locations with the possibility of Small Craft Advisories for southern inshore areas.  For southern areas winds could reach 25 knots with higher gusts and seas 3-4 feet.  Midshore to offshore will be cautious all weekend with Small Craft Advisories, winds 20-25 knots and seas 3-4 feet.  Surf conditions should be normal, with some gustier NW winds on Saturday.  Wave heights should remain 0-2 and 1-2 feet.

Saturday will be a transitional day with low pressure moving out to sea and strengthening high pressure moving east from the Plains.  The high will arrive late Sunday then move off towards Bermuda.  This high pressure to the south will begin a moderating period for several days.
