Still submerged objects
« on: April 29, 2013, 07:00:14 AM »
Neighbor returned to our lagoon in Bayville, said he hit something that lifted his boat up, while he was docking his bilge was going and there was a big split down the hull, he ran it over to get pulled and is waiting to here from the insurance company.

He said it was "not to far off the lagoon" in the Glen Cove section of Bayville. I tried to get him to pin point exactly where so it could be marked and taken care of but that's all he could give me.

Hope there are not many more. Stories like this to come

Many cars are still missing. I heard of a guy hitting a submerged SUV in the channel and messed up his lower unit.

thd...what a mess!  Unfortunately, I think we will hear many more of these cases.  Luckily, no one was hurt.
