Sunday Evening on The Fishermen
« on: May 06, 2013, 07:30:54 AM »
Jake and I decide to do the Sunday Afternoon 3:30 to 9:30 Fishermen striper trip. Beautiful afternoon, a little chilly and windy but still nice. The boat picked at fish all day and ended up good tally. Jake hooked 3 keepers and 1 short. I had 1 keeper, lost another at the boat and had my limit of skates. Everything was on clam, but while cleaning the fish they has some big bucker heads in the belly.

I was your mate - Dennis.  Nice job on the fish.
There was a pretty good bite last night.  Looking forward to seeing you again.

You two guys did a great job last night. Jake and I were talking on the way home last night about fluking on the Fishermen this year. See you soon.

Fishing Sandy Hook and anywhere I can get on a boat.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife sells all of my fishing tackle for what she thinks I paid for it!
