** Fishing With Mom RB 5/27 **

grtn Morning! Went out yesterday for the striped ones and Fluke but all that found me were big blues.  thud Anchored up closer to the Keansburg beach for the first few hours. There were school's of bait all around so I thought I would try. My mom decided last min to join me. Even though I am completely ok going out fishing alone, (sometimes I prefer it  ;D) having her with me really makes for a fun time.  t^ I love you SO MUCH Mom!  :-* So the reel was screaming right along with her and after all was said and done, I decided to keep a couple and gave them to a guy back at the dock for someone in his church. That was my good deed for the day  ;D  I crossed back over and started to Fluke but it was a weird drift. I think it was a S-SW wind so on the out going tide it was sorta pushing and pulling. Coulda just been me. Anyway, with that and a chilly wind that came in I didn't want Mom to have a uncomfortable ride back in, so I called it. I'LL BE BACK!  ;D Will be checking the tides to see if I can get out after work. Hope ya'll got out at least the one day!  msfsh

Nice job Trish and Mom.  The Striper bite turned off after the incoming.
There sure are plenty of Bluefish around for some action. Good talking to ya out on the water. t^

Next time Trish .Fished today ( Tuesday ) Bass still weren't chew'n .Hard to get a fluke bite .Did manage one for the box ,bites were few and far between .Lost a bucktail and a strip bait when the blues came storming through .Next time . chrz

thud I know I know...sorry Skip  :-\ See I was so busy with everyhting else since I was the only one running things this trip that I didn't get to them. I kept telling Mom that we have to take photos for my guys so I can add them to my report. But one thing came up after another and I didn't take um. I do promise how ever that this weekends trips I will defintally have photos. Fish or not  t^
