Looking for advice on a reel purchase

I am looking to purchase a conventional reel for fishing fluke in the ocean from a boat at 40-60 feet.  I have looked at the Abu Garcia 55/6500, Shimano Charter Special, and Daiwa Sealine.  I would like to stay under $200 with the rod and reel.  I'm open to all advice.  Thank you.
