So i went out on saturday morning as the tide was in. I went to the spy house to launch and it was not a bad place to launch from, i went ot he left when heading out and found some other kayak fisherman out there, They had a ton of stuff on there yaks, thought i had seen a tv
.
So after about a hour of drifting and no hits i paddled out to the end of the amunition pier and drifted back toward land and i found the fluke. (Thanks BigAL13). The wind died down and i was not drifting or moving. I sat the pole in the holder and paddled slowly, The action picked up again and i caught about 13 fluke biggest one was 17.0 fat as heck. released to grow bigger, i did loose two bucktails to the bottom. time to buy new ones, (FROM WHO ON THIS FORUM SELLS THEM)
Great day of fishing again.
