Roosters Flukin 7-26-13
« on: July 26, 2013, 06:56:03 PM »
Dogfish, Skates, Cow-nosed rays were plentiful today on the Knoll. Tom and I started out side the Hook this morning in very poor conditions, big rollers, wind with a very fast tide action and no fish as far south as Gunnison Beach which lead us to try Flynn's Knoll where the aforementioned trash fish kept us busy with tangles and retying rigs. I did manage one keeper Fluke at 19" before heading in at noon. The wind did die down about 10 AM making the ride in comfortable for this old man. Pete
