Ok Kenny mis understanding on Trishes Catering from what your saying no hoagies or pork roll egg and cheeses sandwiches this year
Wellllllllllllllll......for starters breakfast sandies, and yes they are the PEC's with s/p/k on the side. Then for lunch I have two 3ft sub's, one RB and Ch and the other Turkey and Ch both with everything on them but dry; the O/V and prob mayo will be on the side( if you don't want or like CH you can take it off; it was easier for me to get them with then have another platter) Lots of varieties of chips and for something sweet I have brownies and cupcakes! Enough for 35-40 people! And yes I am making everything BUT the subs. Hope this is doable for everyone!

TEC !!Did you know : Pork roll is a type of breakfast meat commonly available in and around New Jersey and select areas of Philadelphia. The product, as it is made today, was developed in 1856 by John Taylor of Trenton, New Jersey, though several firms produce their own versions. Now I'm hungry...........
Trish, thanks for the food offerings! No one knows of scrapple?(Do most even know what it is?)...for the southern faction crew......LMAO
Please let me know if the group would like the galley open for breakfast and lunch. I can have Dawn our galley girl fire up the griddle for breakfast bacon, pork roll , egg and cheese sandwiches.
When you order you say "Pork Roll and cheese on a hard roll, salt, pepper, ketchup. Not Taylor Ham, Not Kaiser Roll. And the Cheese is Yellow American, not Swiss, not Provolone and definitely not Gouda!
