Ok Kenny mis understanding on Trishes Catering from what your saying no hoagies or pork roll egg and cheeses sandwiches this year  :headscra:

Wellllllllllllllll......for starters breakfast sandies, and yes they are the PEC's with s/p/k on the side. Then for lunch I have two 3ft sub's, one RB and Ch and the other Turkey and Ch both with everything on them but dry; the O/V and prob mayo will be on the side( if you don't want or like CH you can take it off; it was easier for me to get them with then have another platter) Lots of varieties of chips and for something sweet I have brownies and cupcakes! Enough for 35-40 people! And yes I am making everything BUT the subs. Hope this is doable for everyone!

There you go Skip....

Those are the viddles for the trip  ;D

Thanks Trish !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TEC for us Northern Boys. t^

Yup!! TEC  !!

Did you know :

Pork roll is a type of breakfast meat commonly available in and around New Jersey and select areas of Philadelphia. The product, as it is made today, was developed in 1856 by John Taylor of Trenton, New Jersey, though several firms produce their own versions.

Now I'm hungry...........

OK I found it.....I'll stick to my TTEC SPK   yes 2 t's....I like mine with extra Taylor ham  rofla

Scrapple:

Scrapple is typically made of hog offal,  5hrug such as the head, heart, liver, and other trimmings, which are boiled with any bones attached (often the entire head), thud to make a broth. Once cooked, bones and fat are discarded, the meat is reserved, and (dry) cornmeal is boiled in the broth to make a mush.  nosmly The meat, finely minced, is returned to the pot and seasonings, typically sage, thyme, savory, black pepper, and others are added.[2][3] The mush is formed into loaves and allowed to cool thoroughly until set. The proportions and seasoning are very much a matter of the region and the cook's taste.[

When you order you say "Pork Roll and cheese on a hard roll, salt, pepper, ketchup.  Not Taylor Ham, Not Kaiser Roll. And the Cheese is Yellow American, not Swiss, not Provolone and definitely not Gouda!

Wow! Sounds like we may have to ask, "North Jersey or South Jersey?" and then separate them in the bow or stern.  Or, as the North Jersey folks say, "Pointy end or square end." ;D

So, it's not like South Philly when we order cheesesteaks wit or witout, cheese wiz or provolone????

When I moved here from NY, I was told that Scrapple was basicaly that SCRAPple, meaning lips, butt and anything left over in between....YUMMY!!! Honestly though Habbersett makes a seasoned version that is really good( Can even get it in Florida now- for what that's worth in this conversation about food on our trip!!!LOL) :P
