Fresh off the no-hitter on the Tuna.com I figured I'd try my hand at fluke. So, yesterday I found an accomplice and had him pick-up bait. We met at 9am and headed out. We fished from the inlet to the Spring Lake hotel boating only one 22.5" fluke for the table. We also caught a bunch of shorts and dogs/skates.

Boat seems to be running good. I will be looking at dates for sharks and tuna next as it seems likw I will miss what's left of stripers with my upcoming weeks vacation away.

The boats running good, a day of fishing and a meal with  some other action makes for a nice day all around. t^
