Right back out again with Joe,Sherri,n Rich.. Ran right to the life again only to have lock jaw.. Spent a few hours pounding the grounds with no takers.. I went on the hunt away from the fleet for a few hours. We ended up finding som fish pushing water away from the fleet. After numerous turns over these fish we finally connect with a Mahi.. Then reset the spread and was under way when a long line rigger go hammered.. Mr Bluefin hit the deck shortly after.. Once again reset the spread when the way back got slammed.. Never heard a reel scream so much .. We got the fish tight after 200 yards of 80lb top shot plus another 300 yards of 130lb hoo low core got dumped.. Rich was on fish for about 20 minutes before the 80lb simply stretched itself apart.. Yes we were all in shock.. The 80lb topshot look like a lighter melted it.. So back on the troll for another hr of fish pushing water.. It's was just extremely tough with the conditions but we had fish in the box and the crew called it a day..
Thanks Capt Joe
