Another mixed weekend, with Saturday the better of the two days for weather and water conditions. Saturday will be dry. Northern parts of the state will have chances of freezing rain at night. Sunday day will have lower chances of rain statewide and widespread rain will move in the area for Sunday Night. Highs will be in the 30’s to 50’s with overnight lows in the 20’s to 40’s. Water conditions look mostly good for Saturday and good to borderline on Sunday with winds increasing throughout the day wih conditions worsening into later Sunday and cautious by Sunday Night with Small Craft Advisories. Surf and beach conditions will be good to ok. Sunday will see some rougher and higher surf, but not much more than 2-4 feet. Water temperatures have dropped, with most in the 40’s and 50’s now. UV Index will be Low to Moderate at 2-3/15.
A cold front will shift to the east Thursday Night, then high pressure from the lower Ohio Valley will build into the area later on Friday. High pressure will move offshore on Saturday and a warm front will lift north across the area on Sunday Night and Monday as a strong low pressure system tracks into the Great Lakes Region. A cold front will move through the region later on Monday Night and Tuesday followed by high pressure late Wednesday and Thursday.
Next week will start off with chances of rain on Monday then clearing for the rest of the week. Highs will start in the 50’s and 60’s eventually moving back into the 40’s for Thanksgiving. Overnight lows will range from the 40’s down into the 20’s and 30’s. Water, surf and beach conditions will be cautious on Monday and then good for the remainder of the week.
