    • Capt Ron's Fishermen
After covering most of the bay in the AM, stopping on good readings and catching nothing, we finally found the one's that wanted to bite at the change of tide. Last week it was all outgoing on the bite, now it's the incoming!
Had a couple good shots with the keepers and shorts once things got going. Went into overtime to try and bail it out with Wild Willy Krug, Old Bridge taking home the big one at 24 pounds, 36 inches.

Steve landed a nice fish after I put the Magic whammy clam on for him. Ray had a couple fish followed by Jacques fishing in the bow with 2 nice keepers.
Water temp finally hit 56 by days end. Back at it tomorrow, keeping an eye on the weather for Friday as of now.

Thanks Tracy for the morning Sugar kick, had all I could do to keep them from the crew!!

Capt. Dan sailing every night now....908-930-2335 for info on the night trips.
Thanks,
Capt. Ron

Nice save Captain Ron. Sure is frustrating when you know the fish are under the boat and not eating..

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.

Thanks for another great day of fishing Captain.  slt You and the mates worked hard for us and even stayed overtime to let us feed them when they finally got hungry. One thing I am always sure about is that you will always do your part and relentlessly hunt them down and gives us a fair shot at doing our part. And thank Lou for that 'secret weapon' rig that landed me the pool fish, my first pool winner and largest bass ever. Great Captain, great mates, and another great day on the water. And the next time someone complains they don't want the net near them you can always put it next to me as I plan to make good use of it.
Nothing better than the sound of a screaming reel!
