I have received a lot of emails stating that some members don't know how to post or reply to topics on the forums.

Of coarse you will need to register to be able to post.

I am having a problem changing my profile picture, I can't get rid of the picture I currently have, the new pic is resized and loads, but the old one is still there. any help??

That's the picture that's showing in your profile.  Push the F5 key on your computer and see if it changes for you.
