Mostly settled weather with mixed water conditions. The week will be mostly dry with the exception of some low chances of night showers on Monday and Thursday. These chances look to be the greatest across northern areas. Then Friday will bring chances of showers all day. Monday will be the warmest with low 70’s inland and upper 60’s at the shore. Tuesday through Friday will have highs in the 50’s to 60’s with Friday possibly back into the 70’s. Overnight lows will be in the 40’s and 50’s with some upper 30’s in northern parts of the state. Overall a nice forecast for the week. Water conditions will be mixed this week with some elevated seas. Rivers and bays will be good for Monday, while ocean waters will be borderline to cautious for seas 3-5 feet. Tuesday will have borderline to cautious conditions for all waters except rivers and back bays. Wednesday will start off cautious for larger bays, good for rivers and back bays, and borderline to cautious for ocean waters. Thursday will be good to start becoming borderline to cautious for rivers and bays and borderline to cautious for ocean waters. Friday will have good conditions for northern rivers and bays and borderline to cautious conditions for ocean waters and southern bays. Winds will not be the biggest problem this week. Tuesday will have the gustiest winds to 20 knots and likely Small Craft Advisories. Gusts to 20 knots could be mixed in the rest of the week, but elevated seas in the 3-5 foot range are the bigger problem. Seas are just between ok or good and then into the cautious areas, so some of these days could end up fine. Surf and beach conditions will be ok on Monday then mainly good for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and then ok again on Friday. Water temperatures are steady in the 40’s and 50’s. UV Index is Moderate to Very High at 3-8/15.

High pressure across the area on Sunday Night will weaken and move to the southwest through Monday. Low pressure will deepen over New England later on Monday and cause a cold front to cross the area Monday Night and early Tuesday. More high pressure will build over the area for Tuesday Night and remain into Thursday. Another low and warm front will approach the area by next Friday.

The weekend looks to be dry, cloudier on Saturday than Sunday, but still a mix of sun and clouds. Highs will be in the 60’s and low 70’s with overnight lows in the 40’s. Water, surf and beach conditions will be cautious to start with gusty winds early and then seas still in the 4-5 foot range possible. By Saturday Afternoon winds should lessen and seas begin to subside in the 3-4 foot range.

Have a great week and thanks for reading!
