A good pier to catch fluke and crabs?
« on: May 30, 2016, 11:26:53 PM »
Hello!

My father has been feeling down lately and I would like to take him to a great spot for crabbing and fluking.
He LOVESSSS the taste of fluke meat and equally enjoys crab meat.
Unfortunately, we don't have a boat.
Is there a great place in NJ where we can fluke and crab on land?

Thanks! Much appreciated.

What areas or where are you looking to fish?

Woops, completely missed your post.
We usually travel to South Green Tuckerton or Mantoloking bridge for our fishing/crabbing.
Crabbing is usually in the single digits and fishing usually yields only seaweed haha
So a place near those areas maybe?
Thanks!
