And not talking about the wind. lol. Got tucked in to hitting the Keansburg pier again with a couple friends. All us early birds were teased with atleast a couple shorts as soon as we started fishing at 630ish. Then nothing until a long while after. A bluefish and a handful of fluke but only a couple keepers. The another long lull in action. finally around 1pm my buddy hooks up to a nice 21" fluke. then the guys behind us with a 24". called it at 3pm and headed home. action in the beginning was on bucktails w/ chartreuse gulp and the keepers were on bunker chunks.
