got talked into hitting a party boat for fluke this morning. me and my friend met up with a couple others at the boat. Tough conditions, didn't see more than a dozen boats out and think we were the only boat to get out of the bay. My friend who drove with me had 1 keeper fluke and 2 sea bass and a handful of shorts. I had some shorts before I had to go inside due to the guy next to me having frequent long conversations with ralph at the bottom of the ocean. My other friends only had 1 short each. only know of 1 guy on the boat limiting out on fluke. hot bait for the fluke was fluke strips and about 10oz to hold bottom
