If whoever named Johnson that invented the brand could see how boating forums far and wide have had so many laughs. 

Personally, my favorite topics are issues with water impellers on Johnsons where "pee holes" are referenced.

Yeah, BRP is going E-Tec or bust.  That's a lot of eggs in one basket.  Surprised they're not offering 2 stroke DFI E-Tecs under Evinrude and 4-strokes under Johnson or something like that.  Personally, I'll hate to see the Johnson brand go to the wayside.  Hopefully they will bring it back at some point, or someone else will buy it and get something going with it.
