Left the marina at 4:30pm with Cashin and 3 friends for a short trip after work. Saw birds working with Bass on the surface feeding on mid sized and adult Bunker. Couple of boats running top speed through the birds then stopping and casting wondering why the weren't catching. I found a nice group of Stripers and decided to troll till we had our 5 man limit then cast before the bite shut down. Within 45 minutes we had 5 keepers and released 6 more. Switched over to casting shads and topwater but the bite ended just before 6pm as the incoming tide started. Never saw another fish boated in the next hour so we head in at 7pm.
