A mostly settled weekend with mixed weather and water conditions. Overall, the weekend will be dry, however both days will have chances of showers and even a thunderstorm. Saturday will have clouds and showers giving way to sun by afternoon. Showers will be scattered at best. Sunday will have greater chances of scattered showers and a thunderstorm possible. Highs will be in the 70’s with lows in the 40’s to 60’s. Water conditions will be good to borderline for most of the weekend becoming cautious late on Sunday. Winds will peak at 15 knots through Sunday night then increase to 20 knots. Mostly winds will be in the 5-10 knots with seas 2 feet or less. Sunday Night seas will increase to 6 feet. Surf and beach conditions will be good, then cautious late on Sunday with winds the same 5-15 knots and surf heights 1-2 feet with a Low Risk of Rip Currents. Surf will increase to 2-5 feet late with a Moderate to High Risks of Rip Currents. Water temperature have increased some with temps in the upper 50’s to mid 60’s. with Surf temps into the low to mid 60’s. UV Index will be Moderate to Very High at 4-9/15.


A cold front will move south of the area tonight. Weak high pressure will build in from the west for the weekend with a surface trough crossing the region on Sunday. A warm front will lift northward into our area on Sunday, followed by a cold front slowly moving through the area on Monday. Unsettled weather is expected through the midweek period.
