No need for a report each day cuz it's suckin' bigtime for us.
Tombo had a keeper the other night, and another Sunday morn, off the beach a bit. We unsuccessfully drifted Flynn's, Romer, holes in & around SHC, North Beach/clam beds, TC area, 11A, 20 Rockpile OOS, Reach Channel, Keyport Flats and the Triangle.
Yesterday my bud Tracy was up from Bourbonland for a quick trip, so I (cough cough) called in sick. We tried something new (ish) to us which had produced lately for some, (thanks you know who) and had a couple nibbles there. It's a nice cut in close with otherwise shallow flats all around so it gets little to no pressure. No hookups. It was hot, we bounced around locally then met my wife and kids for a quick lunch. After lunch we headed back out for another hour and drifted the sailboats, where we were hooked up again a few times, but unable to connect.
I gotta figure somethin else out. Maybe I should go back to barbed hooks,,,,
